I have readand I have looked at the basic strategy listed there.

Treasury 21 is played in Queensland Australia and by other names in other States of casinos owned by the same group. It is similiar to pontoon/spanish 21. Rules generally the same as pontoon as on wizardofodds.com (6 decks, no hole card (so player wins 21/blackjack etc every time automatic payout), no resplits, double down rescue, bb+1). However, the player may double down on ANY cards except 21 no matter the number of cards. If you double down you can only draw one card and all aces count part of your hand before the double down count as as 1 and not 11 but all aces after count as either 1 or 11. If you double down and your total is less than 20 you can surrender your double down and get your money back but forfeit your original bet. The question is, would this double down rule change the basic strategy card that assumes 9/10/11 double down only? I can't seem to find a calculator to calculate the strategy card for me for this and this addition seems to make it extremely complicated.

I really want to play optimal strategy for this set of rules (and so does everyone else at the casinos in Brisbane and the Gold Coast!). The minimum bet is also $15 for blackjack/treasury 21 so proper strategy is important or you best not play at all!

I ended up buying Pro's guide to spanish 21 and Australian pontoon (the best book on the market for this) and from that book plus wizardofodds.com I figured it all out. The book was only $12 too so worth it to get some clarification.
