Is there a strategy for video blackjack or just use basic blackjack single deck strategy.

It doesn't matter. The rule set is so restrictive that any one of the strategies will do. I'm not sure how many decks they use, but I think it's multiple decks. Of course modify the strategy for the rule set.

I believe you're correct. I think it is also even money on a blackjack and six-card Charlie.
