I play craps at the Horseshoe Casino in Council Bluffs. They have 100 odds on the place bet. I have a trip scheduled to Las Vegas. Which Casinos give 100 odds on the place bet?

There's no such thing as 100 odds on a place bet.
If you mean pass line then The Cromwell offers 100x odds - if you can find a time when they allow $5 pass line bets then that's $500 a shot on an almost fair bet ...

that has to be a new type of bet. most Odds bets I have seen are on the pass/come/don't pass/don't come bets.
