hi,im new.i need a maths problem solved in relation to the money wheel please.

when im betting on number 1@1/1 and 2@2/1 at the same time{because they are the most common},what would be the progression if at all possible to always get the starting unit profit back after a win?i know i.e that betting 3 units on 1 and 2 on 2 yields a profit of 1 if it wins, but im lost on what to bet for the next steps.

even a progression that would breakeven on no.2 and only profit on no.1 would be good.

Hi pappadjango, and welcome to the forums.

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding your question exactly... We'd need to know how many numbers are on the wheel, and how many different categories there are.
Assuming this is the regular "wheel game" in a casino, there is no progression betting system that will let you beat it. Progression betting systems don't change the house edge associated with each spin, which means when you bet more, you're just really going to lose more in the long run.

You should NOT USE, but look up the Martingale progression betting system. It will explain how it is flawed and can't actually win in the long run.
Playing it correctly means you've already won.

That Wheel Game is the very first game encountered at a Carnival once the Barker gets you to enter. It is a simple game and it is by tradition near the entrance in casinos as well. It is wildly in the casino's favor but some people do try to clock the wheel to see if has developed a bias. Usually its simply for suckers but hope springs eternal.

i know

but im lost on what to bet for the next steps.

being that you are down 5 units after round 1(R1) bets lose

you should need 6 times the last bet

R2 bets = 18 for 1 and 12 for 2
18 - (12+5) = 1 and 24 - (18+5) = 1

R3 bets = 108 for 1 and 72 for 2
108 - (35+72) = 1
144 - (35+108) = 1

R4 bets 648 and 432 might be too high for the game
but still works out

your other idea I did not really look at
not knowing the game too
Sally

hope this helps some for you
