I saw in the WOO site that the games with the falling coins is called here "flip it".
I saw this game in lot of aracde areas-when kids allowed and encouraged. I saw it in few Vegas arcades(I like arcades), and in my country(Israel) when any form of non-state gambling is outlawed, I see this sometimes in arcades, mostly only for "coins" for other games, but rarely for real money!
When I visited Crete(Greece), There was one in my hotel, not guarded and accessed by anyone. The gambling age in Greece is 23...
This think is gambling, not much difference from slots! So why it is still allowed?
When I was in the UK, all this machines in arcades where marked clearly as "18+" and sometimes guarded(like a casino).

Anyone knows the law or has any opinion about that?

I can't speak for foreign countries, but if I understand what you are describing correctly, many U.S. states would characterize that as a, 'Game of skill.'

The ammount of skill in this game is very low compared to the luck. Some of them even have slot-machine style "bonuses".
There is an article about this kind of game in WOO.
