We've noticed different starting cards on 0.05, 0.10, 0.25, 0.50, and $1.00 video poker machines... Before starting to play, the same cards appear on the 5 and 10 cent bet screens, different cards but the same for 25 and 50 cent screens and yet another set for the $1.00 screen... In other words, it appears as though we are playing from at least three different decks of cards on the same machine depending on the basic bet level selected... Does this have any significance?...

Not three decks but most likely each of those pairs of games that show the same cards also share a common paytable.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

Yeah this is common with Ultimate X. Any thought on why they do this though? Is saving the memory space that important or useful? Some other reason?
