Why Don't Legitimate USA Casinos Offer Online Craps

I've done some reading into this, and see alot of promoting of all these off-shore online casinos with all these funny licenses and so on. Even on here I see the promoting of nothing but off shore casinos that seem stetchy. Especially when it comes to online craps.
So here's my question... with all the $$$ that the big casinos in either Las Vegas, or Atlantic City have, why don't I see anyone recommending playing craps online at one of these American casinos.
On the same note, I notice that these casinos don't offer online craps, but offer every other type of game. Can it be that ALL craps online games are really fixed? I mean, I hear about software makers guaranteeing minimum profits. Lastly, can it be that casinos know they'll lose at online craps, if the number generator is truly as close as possible to absolute randomness?
Tell me if there is one truly legit online casino, where the craps is actually not fixed. Name a truly legit online craps game at an truly reputable online casino with a proven history.
Otherwise, I'm thinking all the hype and promoting I see on these sites - including this one - is just $$$ machine for some site/domain owner in its own right. Looking for real answers... tried of smokescreens.
