Resorts World Casino in NYC recently added electronic blackjack machines. They use 6 decks. I want to know when the shuffle takes place. Is it when the dealers change on the screen or randomly?

What is the manufactuer? Is it the one where most of the dealers are good looking and big breasted? If so, the shuffle don't take place when they switch dealers as many people think.

BTW, does NY have that rule (law) where each player is playing from a separate set of cards? I believe they do. Pennsylvania had that as well. It is because they have a law that says what other players do, can't effect another player, so each player plays with a separate 6 deck shoe. If that is the case, you can still count and realize an advantage from counting, assuming you can figure out shuffle point. It's just that you would only count your own cards, no other players cards, including dealer.

What does the help screen say?

Every electronic blackjack game I've ever seen has a help screen that explains how the game is played.
May the cards fall in your favor.

The manufacturer is Bally, Fusion model. Yes, the dealers have big boobs. The dealers hit on soft 17, the players can surrender, DOA, DAS, and take insurance. I've been looking at the monitor trying to figure out the shuffle point, can't and probably never will. There is another game there. It is a IGT Enchanted Blackjack. It uses 6 decks that get shuffled before the start of each game. Again I don't know when the shuffle happens. The rules are a little different. The dealer hits on soft 17 but the players can only double on 9,10 or 11. It also says it has a maximum return of 99.40%. Which game do you think is more player friendly? Thanks.
