What is payback & BS for wierd Video Blackjack Game

I like this website and I've been searching the website for hours.
The rules for this game is:
Single deck, reshuffles after every round, S17, D9, split once, no DAS, LS, and 6-card auto winner.
BJ pays 6 for 1
Other wins pays 1.5 for 1
Pushes pays 1.0 for 1
Late Surrender pays 0.5 for 1
Basically, you get 1/2 unit win for each non-BJ win and you make it up on the BJ.
The closest information I've found is here:
but in that game BJ pays 13 for 2 or 6.5 for 1.
My questions are:
What is the payback for the game listed above?
Can I use the BS the Wizard listed in the link above where it pays 1 to 2
Would you ever use late surrender?
How high does BJ has to pay before the game is breakeven?

I answered a similar question in my Feb 1, 2006 Ask the Wizard column. However, in that game, blackjack paid 6.5 TO 1, and there was no surrender. If you tell me where this game is, I'll work out the odds for your rules.

Okay, I will take up your offer. The game is in Feather Falls casino in Oroville, CA.
You are right, in the link I provided earlier, it was 13 to 2, not 13 for 2. That link has the same information as listed in your column #153. Please note this game is a single deck game and it is LATE surrender against any dealer up card.
