for some reason the fog in my brain is heavy this evening.
can someone help me figure out the chances of playing 25 hands of baac without seeing a tie assuming the probability of getting a tie as 0.095156.
with the fog i'm thinking the odds of not getting a tie in any one hand is ~90.5/100.
so the odds of not getting a tie for 25 hands in a row is (90.5/100)^25?

you got it right.
I agree that is just for the very next 25 hands.
Not one hand more.
In say, 250 hands, one should expect 1.8 such runs on average
Part of the distribution for 250 hands
0 runs of length 25 or more 0.095744011
at least 1 run of length 25 or more 0.904255989003923 or 1 in 1.11
at least 2 runs of length 25 or more 0.607202475479594 or 1 in 1.65
at least 3 runs of length 25 or more 0.258093855277882 or 1 in 3.87
at least 4 runs of length 25 or more 0.062257699307650 or 1 in 16.06

Chance of a tie about 0.094, chance of no tie therefore 1-0.094 = 0.906. 25 hands no tie is 0.906^25 = 0.08476 or about 1 in 11.8.

If you're asking because you witnessed this event and are bummed out to the point of wondering about the odds, just remember:
Shit happens.
