DJ Wild rule

I posed a question to my Shift Mgrs today and got mixed answers. Player playing the trips bet which hand would be used to pay him in this situation

Dealer hand. Q T 8 7 6. All suited for Q high Flush

Player. J T 8 7 2. All suited.

Players hand would qualify as an A J T 8 7 flush for the winning hand on the Ante Blind and Pay.

The question is which hand would you use for the trips bet? Is it the natural J high flush paying the higher 30-1 or the A high paying the lower w/ deuce odds?

The 30-1 payout is correct.

So are you saying count the bet hand as a flush with wild making ace high and for the trips count it as a Jack high natural? Or take the 3 bets as losers and pay the trips?
