Mike -- I got a 3 today. Seems I got lucky with my second word.

This result seemed ordinary so I didn't post.

Your third word choice left me scratching my head for at least 2 reasons.

I admitted in my spoiler it was a poor choice. Certainly the missing N was a reason (it's late in the day so feel okay in stating this without a spoiler), but what was the second?

A double letter. Well I suppose it did tell you the exact position of a letter, but wow, that was a crazy word choice given all it failed to achieve.

Just curious, when you say this one took a while approximately how much time will you spend doing Wordle? I am too impatient and if I don't see the answer within one minute I will just type in a random 5 letter word with letters that I still have available.. I doubt if I have ever spent more than 5 minutes doing a Wordle. BTW, I am terrible at it and probably average 4 guesses.

I would say a bad day takes about 15 minutes.

An average of four isn't bad. With the new editor, I think I'm running in the high 3's, but previously I was in the low 4's.
