Villas or Suites

I am going to Vegas August 19 to August 22 this year. I am going with 7 other guys. We were looking to get a suite or villa. I usually stay at the mirage but when I called they said that Suites and Villas are not available for purchase. I called around a few other places and was getting similar answers. Any advice on some good places that this might be possible. I was hoping to not spend more than 1000-1500 a night.
