This is located just outside Laughlin, although I'm unsure exactly where. It is sacred to the area's original inhabitants and now will be a protected federal Monument. Has anyone been to it?
Spirit Mountain Casino is about ten miles or so south of Laughlin, on the Arizona side of the river, but I've never been there, either.

I tried to climb that about two months ago. Got about 90% of the way when it started raining, so we turned back.

I was just at Spirit Mtn. casino: in Grand Ronde, Oregon.

Could you give me directions from Casino Dr? Is it on the way to Needles? Or is it before you get into Laughlin on #163?
It rarely rains in Laughlin, except when I'm in town.

It's off of Christmas Tree pass. There is no signage where to park and only a faint trail the first part of the hike. I only knew the way from following a track on All Trails.

Thank you. I've driven Christmas Tree Pass and hiked to the ancient carvings at the beginning. I didn't realize that was Spirit mountain.
