Note these are in the new format with less information given on paybacks by type of both slot and table games.

Looks like Revel's table game win dropped 7.4%. Ace needs to start contributing to the cause here.

Again how Trump Plaza keeps the doors open with 3.5 Million in Win is a mystery. Even Valley Forge with only 600 slots and an Entrance Fee made 5.3 Million.

Does anyone know what contributed to Revel's January 2014 slot machine win? Granted, they were still third to last ahead of only Resorts and Trump Plaza, but their increase of 50.4% on slots and 23% overall destroyed everyone.

Caesar's table game win was also down 58.1%. They're not, by far, the only AC casino with double digit declines, but for win to go from $8,722,745 to $3,656,907 seems like one or more high rollers must have had a really nice day there. Caesar's Table win percentage was only 7.1%, compared to Revel at 10.7%, who had the second-lowest win percentage.

Less free play being cashed?

Dose anyone know how free play is caculated in regards to a slot machines win or loss percentage. Either By the machine it's self or in the slot accountig computers.

Example lets say a casino has one 9/6 JOB and all the AP's constantly cash all their free play on that particular machine.

I have always tried to discourage anyone(AP's) who would listen, NOT to cash out free play on the only good machines available to earn it. For the small amount you are giving up while playing free play, its just not worth the potential for them to cut the paybacks and have nothing left to play to earn it in the first place.

Do casinos get to right off slot play or a percentage?

If I understand the reports correctly, it counts in as coin-in and coin-out and later gets deducted as, "Promotional credits." I just looked at the reports again, it definitely comes off of the back end, so the slot win includes all wagers with Free Play and the win percentage accounts for all of those wagers. How the casino knows how much free play was actually used, I have no idea, but would assume it is all in the Player's Club system.

Again, assuming that I am understanding the forms correctly, they get to write off 8% of the promotional credits used.

To bad they couldn't write off more so we would get more.

They get taxed based on 8% of gross revenue, which is why that is the amount they can deduct from Promotional credits.
