Have stayed there a few times and the view from the pool (and also the bar right next to it) is spectacular. Thoroughly recommend staying there is you're ever in Singapore.

Tip: Pay the extra approx. $100 for a club room to get access to the club next to the pool. The complimentary breakfast and canapés & cocktails in the evening more than make up the difference in price.

Sorry. Couldn't do it unless I had been winning.

Standard room rates found are apx 275.usd. I've never seen any promotions from the property. When I inquired about play requirements, being honest about a $100.usd average wager, the reply was "Asian marketing is much different" from that of Las Vegas etc..

Some Thai's were also recently accused of a scam in the wee hours, involving the dealer, in yes, baccarat. I don't recall the details but over a million USD.

So it's not for those who like to save on the room costs.

Beautiful picture. What are the temperature and wind conditions like up there? Even in temperate zones, the rooftop can be quite cool due to the altitude and high wind speeds. Also, in Singapore, should one think twice before leaving their smartphone unattended by their lounge chair while taking a swim? Not having someone to watch your stuff is always a dilemma when traveling alone, but Singapore has a reputation for strict enforcement of social behavior laws. Are lockers available for rent?

I have no idea about any room promotions. I'm talking about booking a club room instead of the standard room. It is the next room up from a standard room an costs around $100 extra per night. You will easily eat and drink $100 per day in the club at breakfast and evening so essentially you are getting a much better room for free.

A $100 average bet will not get you even close to being noticed in this casino. You will see players betting several hundred. And thousands per hand at just about every table.

Temperature is hot (as with the rest of the country). The pool can get cold at night though. If you leave a bag on one of the deck chairs (if you can find an unoccupied one) you will have no issues with theft. Can't recall about lockers but there may be some in the change rooms which are down a flight of stairs from the pool deck. If you have a problem leaving valuables unattended then leave them in your room. You won't get access to the pool unless you're staying in house anyway.

You would have nothing to worry about, you could leave your wallet out too. Singapore is probably the most crime free place in the world, if not it's close. The people who find their way to the 57th floor of the Marina Bay Sands aren't the type of people who are going to risk very harsh punishment by stealing a phone.
