Ever had a Cincinnati two-way?
Itís spaghetti topped with Chili.
I had it once, at the airport. I wasn't a big fan but was inspired to use Checkers chili as a base for a meat sauce that I liked.
When I make spaghetti, I top it with a very meaty sauce and lots of grated cheese. Leftovers, I fry.
You ate it after it smelled sour? It
was full of bacteria and had gone
bad. You're lucky you didn't get
sick. NEVER eat meat that smells
sour or has any kind of odor.
Nah I threw it out. I meant to post this in the grocery store trip report thread.
The raw meat smelled fine, but then it had a weird odor as I was cooking it. The best I can describe it is a barnyard smell. Then I tasted a small piece and it was super sour.
a very underrated cut of meat you don't hear talked about much:
sold with the bone in
very tender and juicy if cooked right
not cheap but worth the $
Like, short ribs or do you mean the dinosaur bones?
I call them beef ribs but I guess some people call them short ribs - I don't know what dinosaur bones are - I guess I could google it but I'm feeling lazy
this is what beef ribs look like in the grocery store:

Means they overcooked the crap out of it. They do that on purpose so they know it's not undercooked.
I just ate some leftover Hunan beef and pork fried rice. It tasted a little off but I continued to eat it anyway because I hate throwing food away. I think that was a big mistake. My stomach is strating to rumble and I am getting nervous. At this point I expect that I will be staying close to the bathroom for the next day or two. My frugalness probably just cost me and I am going to have two miserable days.
Just think about the money you saved and how you can now afford to splurge on your next order. Be sure to order extra duck sauce in the future. Give a man enough duck sauce and he can move the planet.
Thin soupy chili with cinnamon in it? Cinnamon in the chili wtf. And yeah they put it on spaghetti, put cheese and onions in the chili too.
Cheese, onions, and a dollop of sour cream is the best way to eat Chili.
a good quality bourbon and ice coffee - delicious
I am the one who overcooked them.
I fixed that for you..
