No explanation needed we know exactly what you're eating. And the picture is almost good enough to go into a food magazine.

Are those St. Louis ribs, they look a little big for baby back ribs? I love ribs but I prefer mine dry rubbed as I am not a big fan of BBQ sauce. That is a great picture.

That looks good to me. I usually season mine with Blackening seasoning after roasting and throw it into a cast iron skillet for about 2 minutes on each side.
Preheat oven to 450. Roast for 1 hour then turn oven off but leave door closed and slow cook another 2 hours.
I’ll then turn oven back on 450. By the time it reaches temp (approx 10-15 minutes) I then take it out and cover in foil and rest for 15-20 minutes.
Medium to medium well end pieces and medium rare center.
This method works amazingly well for 8-12 lb boneless ribeye roasts.
Also important to bring roast to room temp before cooking.
Enjoy
Quote: billryanI've spend a small fortune oer the years on roasts that turned out less than ideal. Another problem I have is on the rare occasion that it turns out well, I tend to over eat for a few days.

Fortunately, if you find a good price on prime rib roasts, you can turn half of it into ribeye steaks...

I buy pichanas a few times a year. I'll cook it about halfway using a broiler and oven, then slice it in four pieces and finish in a frying pan.

No there's a slight difference, chickpeas and garbanzos aren't exactly the same.
There's an easy way I like to prepare chickpeas: soak them in water overnight like other beans, then shake them with a little olive oil and Old Bay seasoning, then cook them in the rotating basket of an air fryer. It'll take a long time and make a mess of the air fryer, but they come out really good.

Did you SHARE the second portion, or did you eat it later? Otherwise, a meal for ONE eaten at two settings.
For you and me, there is no "we" at my age 84, but maybe you will get there.

Oops, my fault. I totally forgot that I don't answer questions from you because they're nonsensical and never ending. It's been a while, it won't happen again. Goodbye.

Good picture we know exactly what this meal was. It's terrible when some people can't figure out how to take a picture with their smartphone.

Roasted giant centipede? I'll pass.
The price-tag for my cellphone-camera is $1,200+ Ouch!
I left it in the fridge for a few days and fried the remainder today. As always, it was delicious.
I've no idea why so few places sell fried spaghetti. I could eat it a few times a week.

And you're $1,200 phone really doesn't do any more than my $150 Samsung does. Takes great pictures and video. I remember when I sold on eBay 20 years ago my camera was 5 MP which was gigantic. Now the phone on my camera is 14 MP. Put in a $10 memory card and I can take hours and hours of video if I wanted to. It blows my mind to see these teeny tiny memory cards that hold a terabyte of info. I remember when you couldn't send pictures over the internet because they were just too big. I downloaded a 45 minute video today from Imemories and it took a whopping 3 minutes. Unbelievable. A 1 GB video in 3 minutes when not that long ago you couldn't send any picture of any size over the internet.
Now, I'm sort of in the mood for budae jjigae.

@EvenBob
I agree with you.
Whatever works for you; that is the key
I have to dump my old cellphone and to buy a new $1,200 cellphone in order to be compatible with my surveillance-cameras thru Ring.com
The surveillance camera is great to record and to catch a bad-guy in action. [ such as the assassin-Vance Boelter, see screenshot]

I'll take charcoal over gas any day and I had a gas BBQ grill for years. The food tastes better with charcoal and at my age I really don't like hauling around those 40 lb propane tanks. I never liked them at any age and now they're super expensive on top of it.

I can honestly say I've never eaten duck in my life, I've never been around it. I've never eaten lamb either but just because I refuse to eat baby animals. No lambs, no suckling pigs. At this stage in my life I eat very very little red meat, no beef at all and I'll eat a little ham if it's almost totally unprocessed and it's 98% fat free. Lots of Chicken and Seafood on the menu.
I stir-fried some presliced steak and rustic-cut mozzarella cheese with some BBQ sauce and served it on carb-counter street tortillas with chipotle aioli.
I paired the meal with a large glass of cookies and cream flavored iced coffee, made with concentrated coffee.

I'm sorry, with no picture included all I read in your food description was blah blah, blah blah blah, and more blah blah. Seriously, that's what I saw. That's what everybody sees if you don't include a picture. Why do you think that you're so incredibly special that we're going to take a whole bunch of time and put together all the words you wrote and try and picture what you're talking about. When all you have to do is include a regular picture. Good grief.

I am not a fan of lamb but I do love me a good Chinese Peking Duck.

This is dinner. Wife said it was $59 which I don't know if that is good or not.

It's a decent price on that size sampler variety pack.
There are absolutely places that will mail you a lesser quality meat assortment for triple the price.
That said, if you know you want all strip steaks, buy a case of strip steaks, or buy a whole strip loin (packer) and trim and slice it yourself.
