Iím on a cruise. If I listed everything I ate then this post would be so long no one would read it. For lunch I had a hamburger, on which I put 10x the amount of sautéed onions any restaurant would. Added some cheese sauce, jalapeños, and a dollop of mayo. It was a messy delight.
Also have eaten Indian Ďpickleí. Probably also 10x usual serving size. Iím guessing thatís 50x as much salt as I should eat in a day.

What marinate would you suggest as a base for braised turkey drumsticks to be made in a frying pan?

None for poultry. It's not really
needed and not that effective.
Concentrate more on what
you put on the outside before
frying. When frying poultry
make sure each piece gets
20min per side. Easy to under
cook and have raw middle and
get salmonella, always a fun ride.

I usually fry chicken by putting all the piece in the frying pan on 'low' for two hours on one side and one hour on the other side.
