The cards are preprinted. But you can say stuff like, "I want a card that has B1,B2,B3,B4, I 16, I 30, N 36, N 40, G 48, G 49, G 50, G 52, O 66." I had said something like,"These are the Numbers I don't have and I have 4 cards. Can you find a card that already has these numbers that I am missing for my fifth Bingo card?" And the Casino Staff Member obliged and got me a card that had MOST of the numbers that I was missing. :)

I know there is no charge for that service. But since most people (I think?) just take the random card they are given you are asking for a service that seems extra? The person paying you the money is essentially a cashier doing the work of…. a cashier. At your Walgreens, do your cashiers ever get $50 tips? Or any tips?

Does the staff member have to literally read through a stack of cards looking for one that matches those requirements? That would seem a heck of a time consuming chore.

Thanks for the info. I’m actually surprised. But I think I heard that Wegmans workers can’t take tips as well. I do know I was not allowed to take any monetary compensation beyond the approved insurance company payment and approved copay.

It's HEAVILY implied that taking tips or monetary gifts is a huge no no. I had a Customer give me a $20 for a Christmas gift, I asked one of my Managers if I could keep it and the answer was something like,"I will not approve or disapprove of that, but you can keep it at your own risk, just know that I did NOT tell you to keep it." I decided to put it in the register.

My wife does online grocery orders for pickup at the local Walmart Neighborhood Market. The people that bring the groceries out to the car and put them in the trunk will not accept tips. I assume that is a company policy.
Gulfstream Park Casino writes the Player Account number on the Bingo cards. I found a Bingo card that for some VERY odd reason didn't have the Player Account number on it. I could have easily had a free extra Bingo card if I just wrote my own Player Account number on it, but I decided to be honest and turn in the unmarked Bingo card. Player's Club Staff thanked me for my honesty and I welcomed them.
Phrases like "welcomed them" are pure gold.

Her characters in her fictional account elsewhere about Axl, doppelgangers and time travel are equally polite, tripping over one another thanking and welcoming each other profusely.
Such polite behavior and gratitude is quite unusual.

I'm reading "welcomed them" to mean "I said 'You're Welcome' after they said 'Thank You'." I find the particular depiction to be unusually accurate.

This is one of the crappiest looking things I have ever seen, and it was all mine all for the low price of just 150 points or $900 coin in! I had an incredibly good run yesterday and the "gift," wasn't something I was striving for, but I figured,"I already made the 150 points, might as well get the gift giveaway. The "gift," isn't so much accurate as the "giveaway," part. Thank God I wasn't specifically striving for this "gift."🙄😒🥴😐

I actually meant to say 50, not $59. 😉 But, you get a card from a Wagering Staff Member, and you wager $50, come back to the Wagering Staff and they give you a scratch off card. That scratch off card is worth anywhere from $10-250. 😀 I wagered $50, and only won $21 back.😐 The scratch off I received was only $10. Boo! 😐

And since returning, looks like Nathan has posted in Nathan's thread almost a third as much as the members of the WoV Forum Social Club who lined up to validate their club cards by pissing on her. Which seems to be a noticeably higher Nathen to Clubhouse ratio within "Nathan's Corner" than before. So it's almost like the thread is now kinda sorta partly about her, rather than boys in the tree fort using her to perform to each other online for their social/emotional needs. Kinda, sorta, almost.
Why, indeed.

Humor me. Why would you think this is Nathan’s ‘final chance’?
Anyway, I hope she stays. I need more fourth hand bingo stories!

The humor is not in "final chance" but in the last phrase of the paragraph. To explain I may be suspended.
Anyway I believe it's her last chance; she's on double secret probation( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1tfK_3XK4CI ). She should treat it like it's her last chance.
Being put “on alert” is like being put on probation while being placed “on notice” is like double secret probation.

My FINAL WOV Sock was River Jordan, almost two years ago. I say FINAL as to me FINAL means no more after that like how a 50 year old Mother might say her 15 year old youngest Daughter is her FINAL child out of 4 children.
bumping up a TWO week old thread with RELEVANT posts on my OWN thread? 🙄🤨😐 JERK. 🙄🤨😐 He's also the same person who attacked me after I mentioned I liked his cat dancing Avatar. JERK. 🙄🤨😐. I called him out on all of this. I don't know what his beef is with me. JERK. 🙄🤨😐
I've lurked the other forum many posters here post at, and they act very different there than here, because of moderation. I've stopped going there because my antivirus objects now. I don't have an account there and I don't intend on posting there. Rules here prohibit bringing drama from there over to here, so there's been a minimum of that, so complaining about goings on there over here is a bad idea.
Quote: NathanSo, there was a TWO week break in one of my threads on another Website. I made a few recent RELEVANT posts to my OWN thread and some JERK replied,"You really need to stop bumping up old threads." He criticized me for

Two weeks hardly constitutes "thread necromancy".
Please let foreign drama stay foreign. No need to bring it here.

I am sorry. I assumed that Nathan's Corner meant I had carte blanche to talk about bad things that happened to me on other unrelated websites as well. Thank you for the fair warning that I shouldn't talk about bad things that happened to me on other unrelated websites.
Quote: NathanSo, when I was a child, I tried to ask my Mother,"What is your first birthday? Is it the day you were born or is it when you turn one? What came out of my mouth? "Is the day you were born your birthday? YIKES. 🤦♀️🥴 My Mother responded something like,"I'm not even going to dignify that question with a response!"

Did you ever get an answer? I've been wondering this too. Maybe go back and ask her again, because my parents aren't around for me to ask. If you don't want her to think you are being dumb, tell her something like 'Mum, there's this guy on the internet, I'll call him Toby, wants to know whether the day you were born counts as your first birthday?'
Thanks to you and your Mom in advance.

ps,
Bumping your own thread is sometimes seen as lame attention seeking. But then that can be true of posting anything on forums.

I just looked up the question on Google. The day you were born is your first birthday. When you turn one, that's your first Anniversary. 😀

The day you are born is by definition your ‘birth day’. The days you are thinking of are actually ‘annual celebrations of your birth day’. Which we call birthdays. Hope this clears it up for you, Nathan.

Hopefully it's a friendly nudge to remind everybody that an internet argument with someone is not even remotely about Vegas, math, or gambling.

Or cat's or messy looking sauteed vegetables. $:o)
Nathan talking about Nathan in Nathan's corner is about as on-topic as it gets.
The follow up question about Birthdays is what qualifies as a math question around here.
Kudos to Nathan for having her finger on the pulse.

Touché.
Conversely, if someone writes a note on my Facebook page, I don't think it's worth importing here and posting on the Dieter's Dastardly Derring Do thread.
