With Caesars? Borg yes but I dont think cet has that issue. All others in AC did and most were 24 hours. I did a withdrawl with every single casino in AC this month and all were a pain except golden nugget. They have it down. Except for the waiting for approval bs.

Tropicana has instant withdraws for ACH transfers (unlimited per day).

Also, you can easily get cash at the cashier window by just showing your ID if you are at the casino (I actually use this method to transfer money to my account and have cash without paying ATM fees, and also depositing money to transfer to my bank or play with at a later date without the risk of carrying much cash).

You can also request a check mailed to your address, which is by far the most inefficient (takes up to a week).

There is an approval process, but it is quick, usually about an hour (for ACH transfer), (or if you are at the casino a minute or two for them to verify your ID, sign the form, and hand you the cash).

I am not as well versed on all casinos and their options, but I am pretty sure based on regulations, all casinos are required to allow instant cash withdrawals at their physical location (which one reason why a physical base is required for all online casinos within NJ) with valid ID which, is the best bet if you have a casino that is taking a while to approve the withdraw.

I have never had 72 hours or anything close to that, mine is almost always less than 1 hour at Trop for ACH withdrawals.

And, cash is always instant (once you hand them your ID and confirm your balance).

I have literally deposited cash on my phone using the app while walking through the casino to the cage, and then withdrew it from the cage to play (this is actually my trick to avoid ATM fees and avoid carrying cash outside of the casino).

I have mostly used the Tropicana in recent history (by far my favorite as far as interface and graphics for online table games) , so my experience with other sites is more dated. Tropicana however, does not offer Online Poker, so occasionally will use another site if I feel like playing poker online. But, I never recall a 72 hour waiting period for any site.

I stated earlier it COULD take up to 72 hours. I think it's a one-off Tropicana is so quick. Would have to go back and look at my emails and see exactly how long it took that some of the other locations. I thought GWAE mentioned 24 hours.

Everything seems to be a scam now a days,

When I enrolled in an AC school. I found one closer. They said that they'd mail my $100 deposit back. Then they kept giving me a different reason why they couldn't refund my $100 deposit. It has been almost a year, no refund. And these AC schools make a million a year. Tuition is $2000/student for 2 weeks of training. I have a suspicion that the teacher is connected to the state law makers or licensing. So I'd forfeit $100 to keep good relations. But I don't think they'd look at me any better.

Scare tactics. Most such waivers are non-enforceable as contrary to public policy.

I agree with Fleastiff on this one. I believe there is case law that injuries from negligence can't be waived (at least in California and probably most states).

From memory itís gross negligence that canít be waived at least in certain states. Negligence generally can be waived.

I think there is some confusion on my end if you and others are talking about cash withdrawals or ACH transfers (some various posts seem to mesh together various types of withdrawal methods).

Do you have to wait for approval for cash withdrawals? (I have never had this happen anywhere, within literally seconds I can withdraw from the cage if I deposit it from a phone or tablet at the casino). They legally have to allow cash out at cages

"2. A cash-out, regardless of the deposit method used, at the cashier's cage, if requested by a known patron;

N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.3"

Or are you just talking about ACH withdrawals. Which, I guess they probably have some timeframe to review it, but I have never waited even close to 24 hours, in my experience it is under an hour. I suppose there may be factors at play for various individuals (instate vs out of state, out of country, suspicious activity on account, etc.....). It may also depend of the time of day (how many pending transactions have to be reviewed by whoever reviews them). But, even 24 hours seems like quite a long time, I have never experienced that for ACH.

IMO, a reputable company wouldnít present you with a contract or tos that would be considered of shady design.

Of course, iím probably wrong on that.
