Why no gamblers on Forbes Celebrity 100?

There have to be celebrity gamblers that make more $6 million last year. I wonder why there are none on the list? Some of them get a lot of media attention.
Here are the celebrities ranked by earnings in 12 month period. I have to admit, I only got to 3rd place before I didn't recognize a name (EL James). How far down can you go?

What year is this for? McCartney isn't on the list (unless I missed it). Forbes shows him at 21 for 2012. I doubt those royalties have dried up.

These lists always amaze me. It's obvious that the people making the really big bucks have managed to secure the licensing/residual rights to whatever their product is. I doubt Dr. Phil's salary is 70M, but I'm sure the syndication rights to his show/shows really add up.
As for why no gamblers on the list. There are lots of people missing from the list I thought might be there. So I'm not that surprised there are no "gamblers".
I wonder who made the most in the gambling world? Players that is; not casino CEO's. Maybe Phi Ivey?....just curious if anyone has any insight.
Also keep in mind I'm not sure how Forbes is compiling this list. If it's from only publicly available info, corporate tax returns etc, etc....they may be missing tons of revenue from private tax returns that aren't going to be readily available.

Yes, I don't understand why some poker stars are not on the list. If anything, they are as much "sports" stars as Tiger Woods. But maybe it is too hard to find out on-line earnings? Or maybe they are making less now because of the on-line ban in the U.S.? Hard to tell -- there is so much guesswork in these lists already.
E.L. James is of course the author of the Fifty Shades of Grey books. (Soft-core pr0n). David Guetta and Calvin Harris are electronic music artists/producers. Amazing how much that genre has exploded in the last couple years. They are now bigger than rappers. Many celebrity chefs, as well.
I had to get all the way to Miranda Kerr before I found someone I didn't know (who is she?) Zooey Deschanel is a $6M earner but amazingly frugal. Someone posted her divorce papers online a while back and it was surprising how little money she spent.

There are a crapload of US baseball and NFL, NBA stars not listed too. Guys I know made more than 6 million. So I guess they don't qualify as entertainers for the purposes of this list.

As for Bill O' its a list of entertainers, and Bill is about as entertaining as a smack around the face with a pork chop. But for reference, he's at around a $16 million year salary.

I've been a Forbes subscriber for something upwards of 30+ years. I have always hated these lists. List of the richest this....the richest that. It used to be okay but they seem to have expanded the number of "lists" now. Now I really can't stand it....although it does seem to get them pub so I guess it works. After all, somehow it made an appearance on this website........

It would seem that former celebrities who are now quiet real estate moguls will not pass the algorithm. This list is the newest as it was just published a few days ago.
And yes, Glen Beck does seem to have increased his wealth by being fired and starting his own pay channel.

Emma Stone is on the list at $16 M, but her boyfriend and co-owner of their house, Andrew Garfield is not.
Since he got the Spider-Man role, and she earned the role of Gwen Stacy (the girlfriend in the movie), you would think that he would be up there.
That is a lot of money for Ryan Seacrest. Consider that he doesn't have to develop characters, or learn to sing, or wear massive amounts of makeup, or work-out. He just develops a personality and puts it on display everywhere. Look at his artistic accomplishments compared to Meryl Streep, and then compare salaries.
