Furniture for sale in Henderson, NV

Hello all,

I'm going to be leaving Vegas when my apartment lease expires in April 2015 and I would like to sell my furniture rather than storing/moving it. Here is what I have available:

3 piece Queen bedroom set
- queen bed w/headboard, 2 drawer underdresser and mattress
- nightstands (2)

2 lamps

Leather Ottoman recliner

Glass top end table

How odd. I was going to post almost exactly the same thing here in about 2 weeks. I am selling my house in Henderson and will be getting rid of everything. Good luck with your sale. I'll be watching to see how it works for you.

I am not really leaving Las Vegas because I never lived there. I bought a house near the bottom about 5 years ago with the idea that it would be a place for me to stay when I had business in town. For 3 years that was the case and I was at the house about 3 months out of the year. But for the last 2 years my work has mostly been elsewhere. I found myself going to LV just to check on the house, not because I had business. Going forward, I can't see a time when this model is going to change.

What was so odd about the OP was that it was also in Henderson. My place is in the Green Valley area, Horizon Ridge Rd. and Green Valley Pkwy. I'll post more details just before my big trip to clean out the house later this month.

The house costs me about $6k per year to maintain. For that amount I can get a nice hotel room for the days I must be in town and still have $4k in reduced expenses left over. I am up about $60k in appreciation. It's time to cash out.
