I did play there a few months ago to get some Comps on a Comp Multiplier day and because the bus stop took almost 15 minutes to unload us and I was fed up of waiting, but it wasn't more than 3 hours worth of play. I wonder if this because they are no longer calling their Comp program Total Rewards and it is now Caesar's Rewards instead?
Has some decent rewards for next month including a $20 gift card, Free Play Double Up offer and Free Slot Tournament. But I have been fooled before when showing up for these offers only to have them rescinded at the last minute. At least I have it print this time!
I noticed on the website, they changed that name as well as the design of their player cards to just a solid color with some leafy designs in the background instead of the eye catching multi-colored cards they used to have. Guess we'll wait and see before they mess up and drive me to another casino again!
I obviously didn't expect the big prize, but at least SOMETHING! I checked the fine print beforehand and the only condition was the first 10,000 guests would be eligible. I was there by 2 pm, which is pretty early for Casino peak activity.
I won't give up on them just yet, as my March offers are much better and I recently won $250 in a slot tournament, so why not try my luck at Harrahs or Bally's free slot tournament.
I did notice I can't seem to get a comped room by booking online, but when I call them directly, there are magically offers available. I guess they caught on to the AP scheme of waiting for the last minute on a Friday or Saturday night and getting a free room. Now when I check at 11ish the room rate sky rockets to $10,995/nt. for a suite.
Quote: BedWetterBetterJust a follow up to the previous post, the President's Day Free Play offer was useless. I'm pretty sure it said "Guaranteed to win $5-$2500 slot play" however when I checked my card for the amount, it said "Sorry, not a winner!"

Nearly $11,000 for one night triggers me! :/

did you go to the players club to ask?

I like Caesar's Rewards better. "Total Rewards" is meaningless... it could apply to any company. It would make sense they'd change to the name to something linked to their brand.
The Visa card still refers to "Total Rewards," though, so I wonder how that will handled eventually.

For a room? No, TR is usually closed by 10pm on Weekdays and midnight on Weekends. So why wait in line for 10-20 minutes just to be told the same thing I can hear over the phone.
Unless you have host, you won't have a leg to stand on. I actually find the call center for Room Reservations rather helpful and would prefer to deal with them than my so-called host. They at least do their due diligence and check all properties for a room. While the hosts give the same generic response of "Sorry, all full tonight!"
