If you format your posts in the official "Casino Chip of the Day" format, Doc will update the index at the beginning of this thread and your contribution will be added to this nice curated and indexed collection of images. I've found it fun to contribute in this way and read the comments from other collectors. Only one post from each casino qualifies as an "official" post. I think all the chips you posted recently in this thread qualify.
Steve
Apologies for the long delay since part 3 as I work through my Vegas chips. All my Vegas casinos have already been represented, but I have a few chips that I don't think have yet had their images posted.
Harrah's
I think Harrah's has a display near the cashier with many of the chips they've issued over the years, though maybe it was Flamingo. It would be nice to own such a display for every long-lived casino. RDW posted my $5, and Doc posted a $1. Here is another $1 and a $2.50. The 2.50 chip is actually a vibrant pink, not white as my scan here depicts.
Hooters
DJTeddyBeary posted my $1 chip, but the direct image was removed by an admin and only a link remains. Here is mine, same notes that this differs from Doc's with a Paulson's logo next to the denomination (not sure if I've seen that before) and the front and back are the same. I also have a $5 with a different model than RDW posted.
Imperial Palace
I nearly skipped this chip thinking Doc posted it, but after reading his post he invited others to post similar chips so we could try to identify differences. It didn't take long to notice mine is indeed different, with a Paulson's logo next to the denomination. I hadn't noticed this on Paulson's chips until looking at the Hooters chip above, and here it is again.
Las Vegas Club
RDW posted my $5
Linq
$1 chip posted by ChipmanSpiff with official CCotD entry, here is a $5
Luxor
Doc posted a $1 chip from Luxor, and RDW posted my $5. Here is my $1 chip with smaller inlay than Doc's

RDW posted a $5 chip Here are a few more:
...
As I looked up previous Mandalay Bay images, I noticed that Doc created a separate entry for Margaritaville and RDW posted my $5 chip as a follow-up.
I make this error just to make Doc's life more complicated in links to my follow up posts :) Just kidding of course, there are more important ways to spend ones days than endless hours updating old posts to link to mine.
Mandalay Bay
As usual, Doc posted the $1 and both zippyboy and RDW posted the normal $5 chips in the following two posts. Here is the small inlay version of the $1:
I've found favorable conditions in the Mandalay Bay poker room, or perhaps I was just lucky. This leads to extravagant chip purchases so I got a few $5 chips here. Here are 5 that RDW didn't post, 4 of which are different on the front and back:
MGM Grand
Doc's $1 in his original post and RDW's $5 soon after have large inlays. Here are small inlay chips:
Mirage
Once again Doc posted the $1 chip I have and RDW posted my $5 two posts later. Unlike some places, the poker room was willing to sell me a rake chip:
Monte Carlo
Doc posted my $1, but RDW and zippyboy posted pics of different $5 chips than I have. Here is mine:
New York New York
RDW posted one of my $5 chips, here is another along with a $1 that I think is new to this thread. I'm noticing the various ways the Paulson's logo appears on chips now thanks to Doc's commentary. These two chips highlight how the logo makes its way into the graphic when the tophat and cane are replaced by text around the perimeter.
Palazzo
The Palazzo chips featuring the hotel tower were posted by Doc and RDW. Here is a different $1 chip:
Sorry for the hiatus, though the thread seems to have gone quiet without new casinos getting an official post. Here are some more Vegas chips for your amusement. I expect two more Vegas posts after this, though there is a chance I'll break them into three posts instead.
The Palms
RDW said here that he wasn't sure if non-commemorative Palms chips exist and others noted the large number of commemoratives. Mine are not commemoratives, even though I like collecting them.
Park MGM
I didn't expect to get to post my Park MGM chip as I only have regular $1 and $5 varieties that usually get posted by Doc and RDW. Couldn't find an RDW Park MGM post, so here it is.
Planet Hollywood
Two different $1 chips, just one $5 (front and back pictured)

Plaza
RDW posted my $5 chip, here is my $1
Quad
Same deal as Park MGM, I'm surprised I get to post this:
Rio would come next if I continued alphabetically, but I have too many Rio chips (many 2-sided) so I'll put them in their own post. I'll do those after getting the rest of my non-duplicate Vegas chips posted.
Riviera
My 50c and $1 chips were already posted. My $5 chip was also (by RDW, who else?), but only half of it. Here are both sides:

City: Santa Cruz, Spain
Casino: Casino Santa Cruz
Casino Santa Cruz is a small casino in the capital of Tenerife. They have a number of slots, 1 BJ-table and 2 roulette tables + 1 Poker cash game table.
Except the name, they have identical chips on Casino Taoro and Casino Playa de las Americas
€5-10-50-(100)-250-500 chips use the same design
City: Costa Adeje/Playa de las Americas, Tenerife, Spain
Casino: Casino Playa de Las America
This casino is slightly larger than the one in Santa Cruz.
They have 3/4 Roulette tables, 2 BJ-tables and a Caribbean draw poker table. They have room for 10 pokertournament tables and have 2-3 tournaments/week.
The dealers are in general unfriendly a some of them enjoy players loosing, and one time the dealer laughed out loud after a big loss.
The players are a mix of locals and tourist, and if you hit on 15-16 against 7-10, 12 against 2-3 or on soft 17, expect to be frowned upon from the locals.
City: Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, Spain
Casino: Casino Taoro
A really small casino in Puerto de la Cruz with some slots, a BJ-table and a roulette.
As a curiosity from Tenerife they have this nice little city in the mountains:

My visit was very short, and I have to admit that I dont remember anything from the casino.

Quote: TorghattenI repost my chips to get correct format, Thanks Steve.
Thanks for these revised posts.
I have now added these four European chips to the thread index in post #1. I did make one change: I posted one of the Tenerife chips as "Casino Playa Americas" (as it says on the chip) rather than "Casino Playa de Las America" (as you had it listed). The reason for my change is that the full name is so long that it wrapped awkwardly inside the block of the index grid.

Pics or it didn't happen! :-)
Cruise Line: DFDS
Ship: Pearl Seaways
A combined ferry/cruise ship selling transport between Copenhagen and Oslo, but mostly focus on 2 days cruises for Norwegians.
A very small casino, if i remember correct it had one BJ-table and a roulette as well as some slots. They have a small entry fee which grant you access for rest of the day.
Minimum bet on Black Jack was 50DKK ~ 6USD
5 Danish Krone Chip:
Bottom $33,200. The silver thing isn’t a chip, right ?
I’m actually surprised the Henderson casino has $5k chips. I wouldn’t think there would be too many people playing at that level off the strip
Quote: MDawgHow much are these chips worth?
Wrong thread. This should be in the easy math puzzle thread.
Quote: MDawgHow much are these chips worth?
About half as much as you spent to get them.
Quote: rdw4potusAbout half as much as you spent to get them.
Smart aleck answers like that are why I concentrate posts on the other forum.
How much did they cost me - considering I won them? 0. Just time and guts.

Awesome! I shall persevere.
Quote: MDawgSo you're saying that he's said that to you? because all the Wizard has ever said to me is Welcome! and Hope you will stick around so that we may all enjoy your content.
No he hasn’t but has said it to others over the years. I’ll kindly ask that you take the banter back to your thread. This is Docs thread and we all like to avoid conflict in this thread. Thank you

Close. The orange chips, called "pumpkins" are $25,000. At one casino I play at these chips are more like light brown. Also, there are no $10,000. chips - they all go from $5000. straight to $25,000. and then...the rarest of the rare...$100,000. chips which are almost never out at the tables, and don't even exist at all but the highest end casinos.
Top photo $46,500.
Bottom $34,200. (you missed one yellow is all).
GVR (Henderson) has the $5K chips out all the time (at least in High Limit), but although they actually do have $25,000. chips, they are not usually out from what I was told (I actually asked for one).
City: Lloydminster, Saskatchewan
Casino: Gold Horse
Today's chip of the day is from Gold Horse Casino in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. Gold Horse opened on December 21, 2018. The casino is about 2.5 hours from Edmonton, Alberta or on the way to Edmonton when coming in from the east. Almost 7 weeks ago all casinos in Canada not in Alberta or Saskatchewan were closed and thus my income disappeared. I decided spur of the moment to head to Edmonton for a week and check out the profitability of the city. It was good enough that I stayed for just over 6 weeks until the corona numbers got so bad that the casinos were a bunch of ghost towns.
I was 15+ hours into my drive to Edmonton when I arrived at Gold Horse. I played 2 hands of BJ and won both with the second hand being a BJ. Since the reopen in Saskatchewan the dealers control the chips for each player. They place the chips into a chip rack beside the bet circle and the dealer asks each player how much they want to bet before each hand, this is obviously to avoid players touching the chips. I spent about 20 minutes picking off the plays that I found on the machines but there wasn't much as they only have 250 slots and 5 table games.
The chip is white RHC with 3 purple/blue edge inserts. The middle of the chip has a dreamcatcher with the SIGA logo in the middle of it. SIGA stands for Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority which governs the 7 Aboriginal casinos in the province. The casino name and denomination are white with a yellow and black border.
I have two more chips that I will post over the next two days.
Quote: PokerGrinderTomorrow I’m going to grab a second new chip before heading back to Edmonton to continue the grind. Exciting news Starlight casino which has been closed since March is opening on Nov 2 so I can finally collect that chip as I haven’t been there since the rebrand.
Well, PG, I'm not really sure whether I should complain that it has been six weeks since you told us about your plan to grab that second new chip "tomorrow" or thank you enthusiastically for posting the first new casino-chip-of-the-day in this thread since six days before that!
On the other hand, you generated a bit of work for me this morning. I edited the thread index, Part 3, to add this one new chip in the listing for Canada. Usually, that's a fairly routine procedure. This time, when I clicked on "Save", I got a message that said, "Your post is too long. Please Shorten it." Just one line to add one chip, and Part 3 became too long for the forum rules!
For now, I have restructured the index and moved Ohio casinos from the beginning of Part 3 to the end of Part 2, and it seems to work. I still don't have a plan for how to make this indexing stuff work in the long term. And besides, I'm still depressed a bit about how many chip images have disappeared from this thread because they no longer are hosted at the sites where the collector/poster had them stored.
City: Medicine Hat, Alberta
Casino: Copper Coulee
Today's chip of the day is from Copper Coulee Casino in Medicine Hat, Alberta. On July 19, 2015 I posted a chip from Casino by Vanshaw which has since been renamed Copper Coulee Casino. I tried to look up what a copper coulee is but I didn`t come up with anything. I assume based on the fox logo that a coulee is a fox.
I spent a week in Edmonton before driving 3 hours to Calgary to see which city was better monetarily for grinding. I spent two days in Calgary before spending the next 5+ weeks in Edmonton. One of my days in Calgary I drove 6 hours round trip to Medicine Hat to grab a chip for my collection. The casino has 339 slot machines and 9 table games as per casinocity.com but they clearly had less when I visited post corona. I played a little bit of BJ and won $5 plus my chip. There were almost no machines to find plays on as so many of them were closed off.
The chip is a plastic model similar to the previous chip in use at this location. The chip is white with 3 double edged brown edge inserts. The denomination is brown and present 3 times around the chip. The centre inlay is white with the casino name, location and denomination are all brown around the inlay. The casino logo is a fox.
I thought I had a trip to vegas set for this month. And, I was really looking forward to grabbing a Circa chip. Then the rug got pulled out from under me. Now I'm looking at forecasts (and, honestly, MQW4FLOTUS's face) to see if I can make a loop of MN/SD/ND without dying.
City: Edmonton, Alberta
Casino: Starlight
Today's chip of the day is from Starlight Casino at West Edmonton Mall in you guessed it, Edmonton, Alberta. I posted the original Palace Casino chip on July 13, 2015, the name changed around 2 years ago. The casino has 768 slot machines and 40 table games/poker tables but due to corona the poker room is closed and many tables and slots are not in use. I was lucky to get this chip as they reopened the casino finally beginning of November and closed tables 3.5 weeks later and the casino closes again this Sunday for who knows how long. I played two hands winning one and surrendering the other for a win of less than $5.
The chip is a white RHC with no edge inserts. One side has an inlay that is grey on the outside and white in the middle with the casino logo, location and denomination. The other side of the chip has the same coloured inlay with the casino name, location and denom all in black.
Does your source of this info have anything further, such as speculation as to when the change will take place and when new chips might be available? (Gotta decide whether and when to add it to my list of chips I might get.)
State: Louisiana
City: New Orleans
Casino: Harrah's
City: Las Vegas
Casino: Paris Las Vegas
I just noticed that my chip from Paris Las Vegas differs from the "official" CCotD chip.
I've sold or given away nearly all of my collectibles that I bought from eBay or estate sales because they're not "real" things that my parents or I collected. And they therefore contribute to "false memories." Am I nuts?
However, I've decided to keep this chip that I bought on eBay because I did visit Paris in April 2000, just a few months after this chip was claimed to have been collected. I'm going to remove it from its plastic and "make it my own."
Quote: PokerGrinderYou should see if it’s worth anything in its uncirculated condition first.
Looks like $5-$10 including shipping on eBay for circulated chips. Would uncirculated be significantly more?
The bigger question is why are Paris Las Vegas jetons selling for hundreds of dollars — aside from apparent rarity?
As far as your uncirculated chip I honestly don’t know. Before you take it out of the package I would go to http://www.thechipboard.com/ and post the question of what your chip is worth.
Quote: PokerGrinderI forgot to post I collected Strat, Sahara, Oyo and Circa a couple of weeks ago. I again have a complete Nevada collection until resorts world and Mohegan open up.
I'm so jealous! It's been years since I last had NV locked down. Now I'm missing several rural/northern locations, too. So between limited hours and out-of-the-way locations it'd take more than one trip to close it back out.
