I had heard about the Sky Casino in the Wynn that has a minimum of $300K per bet. What sort of financial credentials do you need to have to even step foot in this place? Can a random guy with a few hundred K in a bag walk in a place a bet?

I've heard about it, I think in the papers. I highly doubt that is the minimum bet, more like the maximum. It is probably $500 minimum. I would think a 100K credit line or more would get you in. I've been to the Sky Casino at the Wynn Macau, which was very extravagant. I don't recall table minimums, but probably $5000 HKD = $625 USD.

I know they offer Blackjack, according to this thingy:

I read a different article that said the min bet was $300K but it looks like from this, that the max is $250K but that may be negotiable based on management and player status. Either way, thats still incredible. I dont have the bankroll even close to getting in there, but it still piqued my curiosity.

I think $300,000 is the minimum credit line in order to get in. I saw one article where it said something like, "You need at least $300,000 in your pockets to bet"; this could have led to the confusion.

I'm willing to bet money is all it takes. Casinos run on money, so as long as your credit is good, or you pay up front, I think you can get pretty much whatever you want that's not liable to land the host or management in prison.
