In the past 12 months, i've had more daily 4 figure loses than ever. (I'm still up, so far)
I've noticed that i'm also eating more on those days in the form of a sandwich in between lunch and dinner. (No lines at the casino sandwich shop)
And i wasn't even feeling hungry.

Why couldn't i lose appetite when feeling low like some other people?

If I was betting $5 (below $600), $10 (above $600), or $15 (above $1,000) on Dragon Link, I'd have a $400 buy-in and try to cash-out at $1,600. But 80 spins of buy-in may only last 100 spins and it is likely to completely lose. So I'd need to win one of every 4 sessions with a cash-out at $1,600 to stay afloat.

As for the double mushroom swiss-burger for $15, I may still have to pay cash for it because the points may not be enough.

Kuchisabishii is a Japanese word meaning eating because of "mouth loneliness" rather than hunger.

I don't know of a cure. My hunger is pharmaceutically suppressed most of the time.
May the cards fall in your favor.

Feeling low is one thing, but this sounds more like the classic "stress eating." Quite a few people I used to work with would comment that, after retiring, they started eating less because of this.

To save money, try to replace the eating with drinking. The waitresses bring those for just a tip.

I don’t think you should take advice about this from forum members. Recently you made a post about how you want to find a new hobby to replace gambling. It might be time to take a break for a couple months and learn a language, find some board game you like, or find a physical activity like running or hiking. Sometimes I go months without gambling and it makes gambling more special when I get to do it (essentially I have to leave my state to gamble).

I'm not sure that learning a language is going to be an adequate replacement for the thrill of the win. If it were, I'd probably be fluent in 20 languages by now. How often do you actually gamble? Is it a passion or hobby or just something you do to remain involved in the casino sector?

Nothing is stressing me that I'm aware of.

Losing 4 figures in a day is something I've been used to for years.
It's just recently that it has become more prevalent.
But I can easily afford the losses since overall I'm still up during this time period.

You're probably right but I have no idea what.

Meetup groups are a mess since the new owners are trying to squeeze even more money out of it

Weekly.
AP as an hobby. 'free cash' is hard to give up but the swings have gotten worse with casinos lowering RTP on these machines.

Incidentally, there's now less competition because it's harder to make $ but the Asian housewives are still there 8hrs/day camping at Buffalo Ascension and rocket rumble

The question was directed towards the person who suggested you learn a language or take a hike. I really don't see how either of those activities are going to help anyone reduce the time they spend gambling or help anyone lose weight but that's just me.

I don't think anything can be more thrilling than the win of $10,000 after getting dealt some lucky cards (edit: I'm not going to discuss sex or drugs on this forum)

Personally I do not gamble that often but last year I gambled more before I got my gambling job and moved to New York City. I like to learn the perfect strategy for new games and then try them out and hopefully win money. I am still pretty new to this, I had never gambled with my own money before last year.

If anyone wants to have an Atlantic City gambling meetup this summer I am down.

I'm down to meet in Atlantic City. I went recently and was looking forward to a day and night without my wife, but she decided we should do a "day" there. It wasn't what I expected because she doesn't play table games and lost her butt playing slots before I was ready to quit.
