In Montana saying one place is near some other place usually means it's 30 or 40 miles away. The property they had was near Butte Montana but it was a good 30 minute drive. Which in Montana is nothing, you drive 30 minutes just to get to the store. Montana is basically a giant place where nobody lives. If you go there looking for a wife you're gonna die a bachelor.

I'm out to Montana pretty frequently to gamble.
A number of folks out there have told me that Montana has more sheep than people, and that's the way they like it.
I still can't figure out the appeal of huckleberries, so I just try to stay diplomatically neutral when the topic comes up.

The standard rule in Montana is you start dating your future wife in high school and get married when you graduate because if you try and find a wife after high school you will have to go out of state. Unless you want to marry an ugly cow. Those are always available in every state even Montana.
