As I have always suspected.
People have fallen for the vitamin con and always will no matter how much evidence there is. Oddly enough, there seems to be a correlation between the guys that are really into vitamins and Supplements and the guys that believe they can magically beat -EV games.

Actually, that is pretty much an incorrect statement. Labs of blood and urine can detect specific vitamin and mineral deficiencies which can be remedied by ingesting specified and isolated vitamins and/or minerals. Using such a broad brush statement is not helpful in furthering the discussion.

I wouldn't describe myself as "really into vitamins", but a multivitamin does seem to help me feel peppier after missing my 5 fruit-and-veg target for a few weeks.

these are the most ridiculous pills I've seen advertised in a long, long time. Maybe you have to see the full ads to know what I mean.
