OC and gambling

We all know that sin city rose into prominence under the control of Organized Crime, and that when H Hughes came to town the transition to corporate ownership began.
But to what degree is OC in fact out of the gambling business, here and elsewhere?
Are they perhaps involved in labor unions like they were in Atlantic City?
Might they have laundered and hidden themselves so well that they still own / control one or more casinos?
It occurred to me that a ripe fruit for OC to exploit would be getting tribal casinos up and running, under development and management agreements.
