Maybe it DOES apply. Maybe not.
The slot companies must supply that info to the testing labs and gaming commission. Doesn’t that make it a government agency that is withholding info?
On the other hand, FOIA might only apply to federal government and federal agencies.
Gaming is a state agency.

States usually have their own versions of FOIA.

I don't know how to remember either, They have contracts and agreements to protect their business practices, cannot remember the terminology right now. I've got early onset something.
