Well, they clearly had some kind of problem with a WH visit for whatever reason. I really don't care the nitpicky details. Moral of the story seems to be don't try to make a fool of Trump as he does not just lie down like the George W. Bushes of the political world.

Except behavior has changed. Ratings are down, and down over a down year. Anecdotally I can say that I have seen more people just no longer caring.
It is the kind of thing where it takes a few years to really notice, but when you do notice it is too late. From experience I can say that it is a little hard when you first tune out. Once it is a habit, it is really easy to not care. The NFL has decided they are embarrassed about having the working class white male as a fan. The working class white male is starting to oblige them and has been leaving.

Have no clue what you are talking about but the nice thing about the meetups is people of different views can meet up and be civil. And most on here are not afraid to show up and meet others they disagree with. But that still doesn't make us "righties" wrong about what we know is best for others. Simple, basic common sense.

The ratings did drop overall in 2017 compared to 2016. But Colin Kaepernick was blackballed in 2017, whereas he was still an NFL quarterback taking a knee in 2016. Now that we have two full years of data, we're seeing that when management fights back against player protests, the ratings go down.
