I would agree overall. Bit there was one with Obama and Michelle, with her being jealous, that was funny, and a really crazy one with George W. having bad dreams and all the others coming into his bedroom.

I love Roseanne (the TV show). I thought the first two episodes of the reboot were great. A little exposition heavy (gotta explain what everybody has been up to for the last 20 years), but funny and the characters are just as we remember them.
Then yesterday the right wing media starts turning this into a left vs. right thing. Claiming the ratings were huge because Roseanne is a Trump supporter. Huh?
I'm sure that's why Donald phoned her up.

Yeah, Roseanne was one of the most massively popular sitcoms back in the day, so there is literally no surprise it's pulling good ratings. It would have even if Hillary were President. Or if Obama had declared himself King.

Everyone who agrees it's stupid or outrageous or whatever is then motivated to chip in $10 or whatever to register their umbrage.

Really. Roseanne always struck me as a watered down MOC. Fox let the characters go places Roseann never even saw in the distance. It wasn't a bad show, but was never one of my favorites.

In general conservatives are against raising taxes like this; liberals generally support it depending on what it will be funding.
By raising taxes and raising government spending while reducing revenue, conservatives find Trump's policies off-putting. But Trump seems to only care about doing what's easiest for him instead of what's best for the country. That means appealing only to his supporters, who have very strong liberal ideology on economic issues.
