Zero house edge may not be a good bet, may be, but no casino or lottery has ever offered one at such a big jackpot. A little bowling alley here in Ohio, of all places and things, shows how good things can happen. The lady says she is giving back to the community turning a closed school into a community center.
I wonder if the lottery ran such a thing, the jackpot would probably be pennies on the dollar. Then the money would go to education, but then allow the state to just waste money, as less would be contributed from state coffers and be politically spent. The lotto is hooked on ripping people off in everything they do. Surely the casinos and lottery will not let freedom ring, and will try getting rid of these games sooner or later.
