Is this book ever available to the public? Theres an AP player who's in the book that I'm very interested in finding. There must be copies of it floating around, its a very interesting read if you're into gaming history.

I think anyone can buy a copy, but it would be very expensive as an individual. Griffin is in business to make a profit and not going to give away their product.

Actually, I thought Griffin had been sued and the book now has a different name.

The official Blackbook of persons banned from all licensed premises is a public document undoubtedly viewable at the Gaming Commission's website.

You can get this info easily from many web sites, usually in greater detail than what GCB issues out anyway.
INDEED, Nevada gaming must post this information as a public service and gaming safety requirement.
See: http://gaming.nv.gov/loep_main.htm

You can also get this info in even greater detail from www.RichardMarcusBooks.com under "Cheaters Hall of Fame" - complete with the sordid details of exactly HOW they carried out their nefarious schemes. Simply Delightful! NO one was better than Richard Marcus (AUTHOR of "American Roulette," where he recounts the exploits of him and HIS crew
after he went "clean" - and those of his contemporaries in casino crime.

Also be aware that Griffin has lost a bit of their panache, because in this day of Surviellance and Telecommunications, Surviellance crews simply forward all "face print bio" sheets of all the scammers they've tracked as problematical to all the properties in the area. We review them periodically in the table games pit at my casino, as in "Be on the lookout for this Schmuck."

Also review the story of Ronald Harris (A computer PROGRAMMER analyst with the Gaming Control Board - who was responsible for counter-theft operations before HE went Rogue). see: http://www.americancasinoguide.com/Tips/slot-cheat.shtml , or google "Ronald Harris slot cheat"
