FBI was wrong in Caesars Palace sting

A federal judge ruled Friday that the FBI violated a hotel guest's rights by raiding a luxury villa at Caesars Palace in 2014. FBI agents impersonated Internet repairmen to gain access to the villa occupied by Paul Phua, a wealthy Malaysian businessman, and his associates. The FBI alleged Phua was operating an illegal gaming ring, but evidence seized in the raid cannot be admitted in court.
