I am not a boxing fan, but I do believe this will be one of the biggest boxing events of our time, and possibly one of the biggest Vegas events of the year. I figure this could be a thread for anyone who wants to discuss the match, and anything around it.
I would love to see Pacquaio win, and Mayweather get his first loss, but my brain tells me Mayweather will probably win.

I must say that I am really looking forward to it. If I am not travelling that week I plan to purchase the pay per view and I have never bought a pay per view before.
I will probably bet $100 on the draw at 12-1 or better.

The buzz on one of the other boards I frequent is who will get tickets, who will get invited to CC events, and how much rooms are going for...there is even news that tickets have not even been released yet and we are two weeks out...
"Just two weeks before the bout, tickets for the most anticipated fight in recent times have yet to go on public sale, with the two camps and the MGM Grand locked in a standoff over allotments."

I don't think I will watch or bet on this fight, but that could change. The fight just hasn't caught my attention. The draw, if it is 12-1 or better, may be worth a bet, though.

This must be one hell of an event since I kept hearing that MGM was the only place that would show it live, and I got an invite just to get a room with the event already paid for. No mention of tickets :(

I have an invite from both Golden Nugget LV and Aria for their viewing parties.
I am unable to go but it feels nice to be invited :)

Draw is 14-1. It's the outcome that makes the most sense too...

I feel like the decision that makes the most sense is to declare the winner to be the person that should have lost, sparking outrage, all kinds of buzz, and an even more lucrative rematch.

I had a dream about 5 weeks ago that Pac-man knocked out $$$Mayweather...
