My wife and I are going to Vegas next month for my 40th birthday. One of my goals on this trip is to branch out from my regular games (craps, blackjack, and roulette (yes, I know that's a suckers game, but my wife has won hundreds of dollars on it)). I've been playing Caribbean Stud online quite a bit lately, and I like the gameplay. I also seem to do well in the short run more often than not, so that's a plus too.
Does anybody know where I can find this game in Las Vegas? I would prefer downtown, but I know that may not be a realistic expectation. Also, what are the typical minimums? I'm a notorious low roller.

That game is slowly fading away. However, most big Strip casinos should have at least one table. The minimum is usually $5.

I see mostly $10 minimums on Caribbean. Especially if the jackpot is at a decent level.

I stand corrected. In my opinion it is kind of unethical to raise the minimum on the base game when the meter gets high. That would be like increasing the price of a lottery ticket when the jackpot gets big.

As of the latest info I have, CS is available ONLY at:
Palazzo, Venetian, Monte Carlo, Excalibur, Bellagio, Casino Royale, Rio, Paris, Harrah's, Flamingo, Caesars Palace and Bally's.

I was just in Vegas in mid-May and played a little CS at MGM. I didn't pay close enough attention to note where else it was or wasn't. But it did seem to be sparse.
