Are there any casinos in Vegas besides Mandalay Bay where the dealer stands on a soft 17? I ran a shoe of Spanish 21 at MGM. I don't see any advantage with the tens missing. Especially on double downs.

All of the MGM properties (same management company as Mandalay Bay) have S17 tables. Not sure what you're saying about Spanish. Usually, the house edge is as good or better than BJ. Maybe you're not making full use of the rules?
