rewards cards:
if a casino offers 100%+ VP (ie: Dueces Wild), then obviously keep playing it till you get to the highest rewards card Tier level?
or if best VP = 99% but you can convert rewards points to cash at 1% rate?

Most of this higher tier benefits seems to be rarely used items often more related to prestige than to gambling.
Tickets to shows, special seating, special parties, no lines at events, no lines at restaurants... its just not much value and certainly out of my league.

If the 99% games can get you close to FPDW then it's worth playing the 99%. Also consider the fact of mailers, and the $ amount you are able to coin in because I'm sure FPDW is locked at quarters. Also you're probably going to have to coin in more on FPDW to equal the amount on the lesser games.
If both are the same I'd take the lesser games just because it'll get you more on the backend (cashback, mailers).
