Yep, just found my first 12X on quarters Thursday (2nd overall) in 7 months of ~weekly looking. I posted it in the "Vulturing Ultimate X" thread. I missed the 12X, but still profited overall on the hand.
Trust me this would make it way better for AP's and worst for the ploppies, they would be stalked for long periods of time wile playing. I can think of many other reasons this would be the opposite of raining on APs parade. It would be the rainbow in the sky.
What they can do it set it up so that player gets the proper EV value for that and when the person cashes out. This would just end the hustler aspect of it.

Wouldn't happen. No casino would want to pay 400K credits on a royal. They can afford to, but they'd probably rather let some APs take the left overs than have the game be super super swingy.

That's awesome! The closest I ever got is posted in the other thread, where I was dealt a Straight Flush on All American (obv. not Ultimate X.) I don't put in nearly as much volume, so I don't expect anything like that again for a long, long time.

Huh? Cashing out the value of the multipliers is much less swingy than letting people play the multipliers, since it makes the variance of the multipliers 0.

He wasn't talking about that option; he was talking about the random 100X suggestion, so people would less likely leave multipliers behind.

I like the idea of giving people who cash out the EV of the multipliers. That's what they do in wheel poker (the one where you have to build segments of a wheel, not the one where you get a wheel spin on quads)

Not a big jackpot but still my favorite hit. 4OAK with multipliers on every hand. Found this on my phone from a while back. Notice I don't hold the last card when dealt a 4OAK, I'm due for a machine malfunction lol.

Nice! I had dealt Quad Kings on nickels once vulturing, ten-handed, $240, 2x multipliers on two hands. TeddyS and OneNickelMiracle have seen the picture. I don't hold all five cards, either.

Its because of habit. I never hold the fifth card, unless its for DDB with aces or low 4s, or some funky deuces wild game.
Also in DW if full house only pays 3 I usually hold higher pairs out of the 2. Would hate to catch a natural 4oak aces, 3 or 4s.

I echo habit with the first sentence.
To the second, even though I never play DW Bonus, I always hold the lower of the Two Pair just so it's automatic in case I ever do play DW Bonus. Counting Aces as lowest, of course.

Never holding aces only unless it's deuces bonus. I don't need a free shot to see a 15 credit quad Aces pop up in front of my face.
Speaking of that, I made quad Aces for the first time from breaking two pair that I can remember this past weekend in Tunica.
And first ultimate x quad of the year helps me go home a winner.

Not on UX but 9/6 but a good New years start, while paying a short session mainly for drawing tickets, my GF hit a RF for a little over 4k holding just an Ace of diamonds we also picked up $1000 from the drawing. Took $1100 in freeplay instead of the cash and cashed out just over the $1100.
TBH we weren't even planning on playing until my other plans got canceled and I happened to get a reminder it was an option, thanks to perdition.
