i tried to help out wizard and play on bovada i could be a total idiot but this just happened can someone tell me if its a glitch or if I am just an idiot and dont realzie what im doing- give me a second im going to post a screen shot

like I said 1.5 and no glitches, you happened to see one. No cause for alarm. In my experience I believe the game to be fair

I agree with reporting it anyways-- I mean, reasonably, they probably aren't going to do anything, and anything unreasonable is probably going to cost way more in goodwill/future earnings than whatever amount you could possibly have at stake. (Assuming that balance in the corner is your actual balance.) And, if they notice something wrong did happen, at least you covered yourself by reporting it so they can't try to bite you for it later.

There's a person on here named BovadaService who doesn't post much, but is on a lot, and has been a member from the start. I think a PM to him/her with the screenshot would get you pretty quick answers, if you want them.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

I've played thousands of hands of RTG/Bodog/Bovada blackjack and never seen this. I suspect it is a graphics glitch and the missing card is invisible, for lack of a better term. Please write to their support and let us know what they say. If they don't respond, I'll make sure it gets to the right eyeballs.

The total is wrong too (it says he has 11 on one of the hands). So, not only is the card not visible, the total is not updated.

I just got off with support little tedious to say the least- after finally finding the hand she claims I got dealt a king on that hand. I'm still very concerned unless I someone can explain it better to me

I agree with AOC, its both card and math (IMO) as if not dealt at all (/IMO). I'd keep it in back of mind. Good job informing Bovada.
