Or, The Called Shot!
We took my dad and his gf out to dinner at Mohegan Pocono yesterday, and after dinner my dad wanted me to sit and play some 3 Card Poker, so I did. And we had a pretty talkative dealer, and at one point he made a joke about not being able to see the cards... And the guy on my left said, "That's good to know, I got three aces!"
And THEN he looked at his cards, and he had... three aces!

I did that with 8's in Aruba once......although I saw one 8 and pronounced to my colleague...."I have 3 eights" and never looked at the balance.
Made me look like a rock star for $300 for about 2 minutes :)
