@teliot
Do you drink alcohol???? It was illegal at one time... It was the worst thing ever... Now the liquor runs free because someone realized that the law Freakin STUPID.... The same thing is going to happen with streaming.
Did you see the lines for Marijuana in Colorado the other day???
Yes, some day everything will be free. That is sure to be in our future. People will spend years making things and then just give them away. Of course. They are just giving pot away in Colorado. They are giving liquor away at the stores. Yes. They are giving away movies too. I see. Utopia at last. I'm done with this thread. Y'all are a bunch of law breakers and you're proud and boastful and unapologetic. It's sick.Quote: TheWolf713@teliot

Its pretty ironic that we're having a debate about a movie which the main character is a "Con-man" .... Breaking the law is an American culture to the core... From the Boston Tea Party to the present. C'mon man!!!
And those ever loving people who own pots shops were charging $500 an ounce for pot on New Years Day, rather the previous price of $160 an ounce.
I watched it at someones house. I asked them how they got the movie so fast, They showed me the site that had all the links.Quote: teliotHow did you watch it? I saw it at a local theatre. I paid $7.25 per ticket (2 tickets).
I have researched streaming and how some experts interpret the law regarding it. Everything I read says it is not yet illegal to watch, it may be illegal for the sites to host the videos.
If it was illegal why are they trying to pass the SOPA provision?
I read this " Opposition from the likes of Google, Wikipedia and the American Civil Liberties Union helped stop SOPA from passing" SO I'm not knowing doing anything wrong..... Just because you say it is illegal dose not make it so. ?
Please answer my question. Have you ever chastised any site owners for providing links, advertising and and advocating online gambling on unsanctioned sites? If not, why?
Quote: rudeboyoiI still sneak drinks into movie theaters out of principal. I think its wrong to refuse letting someone in with an outside drink. Its important to stay hydrated.
yeah, I take one hour plane rides to vegas from oakland...and wouldnt you know it...they have drink service with a cart coming down the aisle. God forbid we go 60 min or 90 min without a sip of water.
people who bring drinks into a move because they claim they need to be "hydrated" are disingenuous. Most movie theaters provide ":curtesy cups" small cups that you can bring to the water fountain to get enough water to keep you from dehydrating during the 100 minutes of physical exertion and sweating that must be going on when they view a movie. Is it a porn movie theater that you are going to?.....

I don't go 5mins without a sip of something. Being thirsty is the worst feeling in the world.

a little melodramatic
worse than
a bullet shot into your testicles?
a knitting needle shoved in one of your ears, and out through the other?
liquid draino dropped into the corner of your eyes while you sleep?
and then waking up and finding that you are strapped down, and a chain saw is cutting off your legs
a sip of water is nice every 5 min...obsessive compulsive

You have to stir the food a few times mid-heating to evenly distribute the temperature.
Quote: WizardOne scene that exemplifies why I didn't like American Hustle that much is the microwave scene. Yes, I know the movie takes place in the seventies, I get it. You don't need to remind me every other second.
The microwave was an actual part of the Abscam testimony! Marie Weinberg (the Jennifer Lawrence character) testified in 1981 that their microwave oven had been a gift from an Abscam mark.
