So the wife and I are going to Vegas for a few days.
What are the best promotions going?
I've done my research and it seems to be:
1.) Palms $1000 loss rebate
2.) Tropicana $200 loss rebate
3.) Cosmopolitan $100 loss rebate
4.) Plaza/LVClub $100 loss rebate (+ Card Match; I'm diamond at CZR)
5.) M Resort Buffet Offer (Earn so many points, get a free buffet)

Are there any others I'm missing?

1.) Palms $1000 loss rebate
Yeah, even though the Palms is deteriorating a bit, its still a good offer. Good Dive Bar nearby: Money Plays.
2.) Tropicana $200 loss rebate
Your wife might stay real close to you there... lots of hookers, I hear.
3.) Cosmopolitan $100 loss rebate
The Cosmo is a place for Swells and Strutters who want to see and be seen amongst Botox Babes. Their casino is an unpleasant and unprofitable afterthought.
4.) Plaza/LVClub $100 loss rebate (+ Card Match; I'm diamond at CZR)
5.) M Resort Buffet Offer (Earn so many points, get a free buffet)You can get that at Main Street Station I think also but the M buffet is much much better. Lots of restaurants and bar specials there too. Appetizer deals and simply the best looking cocktail waitresses in town. Free booze with lunch and dinner buffets. Once you've treked to the M you want to stick around for a bit. Its a newish, clean airy place. Easy to get mid week room comps, not so easy for weekend ones. Good Spa program.

I sorta felt old in that place at 33...lol The eyecandy is definitely nice, mostly too young for botox (yet), but they did offer better video poker than I expected them to. 7/5 Bonus with Double Super Times Pay (98.51% w/DSTP) for 3/5/10? line quarters (possibly up to dollars?), and a 100-line penny machine with no minimum bet requirement with 7/5 Bonus (98.01%). A good machine to grind your money back if you lose, I did it at 25c at a round since I am a tightwad...lol

The instant reimbursement slash you can fail on a winning day and try again is nice perks on the promo too.

100-Line penny machine at ~98%, Hell, I'd play that one just for kicks...and I usually hate VP!

The mind boggles, sir, at what you would consider bad VP.

Or perhaps the quality of the eye candy made you have a very generous and forgiving viewpoint toward the VP that was available.
