What this tells me is the casino will have a higher payroll and still no good upper mgt.
Quote: 1BBHe knows the casino business so let's hope it's not too late.
It was already too late before they even opened
the doors. Bad timing, bad location (AC) and bad
policy (smoke free). A disaster waiting to happen.

Until it's like every other casino with smoke and gamblers!!!

They still won't make any money....no one in AC does.

They're wondering how many of them will lose
their jobs. New management never comes in
and hires people, but they do axe a lot of those
that are there. Its the easiest and most obvious
thing to do to show the people who hired you
that you mean business.

Don't anyone try to top this, please.
Thank you.

PLus, they usually want "their people" on the job.
This is hilarious. Is there really a Revel brand? No. It is just a tax/business loophole. I know I would wipe with Revel if they sold Revel brand toilet paper. The slogan could be "We know it doesn't stink, but we invented this just for you."
Quote: PokeraddictLOL @ licensing the Revel name. I hope whoever comes out with control after the BK makes that licensing agreement the first thing that goes. Nothing like paying royalties to the clowns whose lack of ability to do anything right destroyed the business and eventually the value of the bonds.
I imagine it is set up to be easier said than done. I am guessing all furniture and fixtures, little ball on roof, carpets, are owned by the brand and to get rid of them, they would have to remove all that and it would be very burdensome and disruptive. This is how the people the NA casinos owe debts have leverage over them to pay and I think they might have used this strategy. Otherwise the brand is worthless without teeth. Mainly speculation, but it seems plausible.
