tried to keep cover, its a small casino and ill discuss later why no one noticed , but I am heading back right now, shift started and she is there - I had to take money out of a non bankroll situation . Wish me luck- I am going with the wizards theory a good bet is a good bet, It probably not a 10 percent edge because unless I am up right away big money where I can walk away if they cut it, I would probably not hit 15's into a 6 with and ace underneath so just not to blow it from weird play- however if I am up then yes split 77 in a ten showing if there is a 6 underneath-
HERE GOES NOTHING _________________________________________________- ill try and update from bathroom in between dealers
I was talking with my gf about this last night...she asked me what difference does knowing the dealers card make, when you still can't change the hand you've got!
Personally, if I had a 17/18/19 vs dealer 18/19/20, I'd surrender...but I guess that'd blow the play, right?
Quote: strictlyAPin bathroom cant update from phone up about 14k
Up 14k in addition to getting your 25k back? or up 14k for the session and still down 11k overall?
Either way - keep it up!
split got a 2 and a pulled nine double got 21 next 2 got another 2 pulled an 8 doubled got ace for two 21's next two 7 double for 10 dealer pulls 20, fml
Quote: strictlyAPup total of 19k got back 25- trying to decide when to quit had a monster hand with 17.5k on the talbe 22 in a 15

So you have your original 25k plus 19k WOW
Two words of advice:
1. Be careful. Your edge isn't what you think it is. The game is more dangerous than you think.
2. Stop discussing this on a public forum. You run a high risk of generating serious heat for yourself and ruining the game for both yourself and other APs who play it.

ummm, he has zoomed off 180 degrees in the other direction
Quote: strictlyAPok , starting to get heat, up 34 k, on the play overall, she is now on spanish 21 - not sure how to adjust on the fly for this going to give it one more shot and move tables - heat already on I think - going to play 20 more mins spanish 20 and get out ,
I know you don't care, but I know you say you're going to get out, but I am pretty sure you are not going to be able to get back in.

Yeah, following her to Spanish 21 is probably blowing it for sure. Or at least it should. The possible exception is this is a brand new place for you and you've looked like a gigantic gambler betting $2500/hand from the very beginning. And even then, the heat is going to be on.
who does live updates like this for in-progress plays? talk about ill-advised.
Quote: sodawaterthis is starting to smell a little fishy.
I have been buying it.
Then again, same poster with the thread about the Suit wanting a loan , quid pro quo = nice freeplay.
Also, a little research has got the casino pinned: about 90% probability anyway, I'd say.
Good ideaQuote: strictlyAPill save the updates
Quote: strictlyAPall done-and leaving anyway ill save the updates since people want to cast aspersions
I personally like to cast fishing lines...
exec wanted to borrow money from him?
And now this? Hmmmm....
Quote: EvenBobIsn't this the same guy who said a casino

Yes, that one. I noticed that 'playing with an edge' radio, last show, mentioned this, but it seemed to be *yet another person* than this poster with the same thing going on. Could be wrong about that, and the Suit might be hitting up two guys who both went to the internet to discuss it. But, sounds fishy enough to say not swallowing hook, line, sinker.
I'm still ready to buy this one, with a grain of salt now.
Pics?
This is fascinating drama.
I only assume that he's not breaking any laws, but if he is, he should be concerned about being tracked down.
Even if there are no laws being broken, the casino is not going to be happy about this.
Word travels!

Do you know how big a coincidence that would be?
Like a cop, I don't believe in coincidences.

I resemble that remark

I'm not following - why couldn't the same person have discussed the same thing in two different places? Many of us are active on more than one gambling forum online...
I play in casinos FULL TIME
I am very well know in them and get AWAY with a lot more because of the action I give them- therefor more tolerant of certain issues
I E resetting a hand in pai gow that was misplayed, or backing out of a hand in blackjack if there was a dealer issue, these are all judgement decisions by floor and pit managers, they come up everyday, the more you give play the more lenient they are in a judgement situation- if you do not think that dealers flash and or host or executives apporach players you are wrong
I can go on and on with other situations that I just dont talk about- but im sure any full time casino person can share a lot of the same stories
just last night on a huge hand of pai gow poker the dealer put the cards on the wrong numbers to start, normally the hand might be dead- I have aces and kings and was allowed to stay in the hand - that never happens they always call it dead hand,

I thought you were "strictly" advantage play? Or were there 5 other players at the table also making huge bets you can fade as the bank?
I'm glad you got your money back, plus more; But my main thought is:
Man, PaigowDan is going to be PISSED!
Quote: IbeatyouracesYeah damnit! You should have told tne dealer not to flash.
how does the dealer flash the hole card anyway?!
u just drag it from the shoe to the table. at no point should the dealer's fingers be on the edge of the card to lift it.
so how does a dealer flash the hole card?
