It is reported that Nevada's famous felon and erstwhile football star and movie actor OJ Simpson spent three weeks in the prison infirmary after being beaten severely by one or more disgruntled prisoners.
It seems the Skinheads took umbrage to OJ having bragged about having sex with beautiful "white women."
To commemorate the event, I submit the following for your viewing pleasure ...

Mixed feeling if true. On one hand vigilante justice is a slippery slope at best and OJ has been tried under due process of law. On the other, he almost certainly murdered two people and he later had the nerve to write a book about it.

It's sad someone who had so much going for him has fallen so low. He was one of the great running backs of all time, and while not a good actor he played likeable characters sometimes (like the accident-magnet detective in The Naked Gun). And too many other sports stars seem to want to join him...

It was reported as true on the Comcast home page, my usual source of news.
Upon further review... the prison denies it, and I now see the story was broken by the National Enquirer.
Fitting.

...prison denies it. Which means it may or may not be true. That is a government entity.

Probably a result of his ongoing quest to find the REAL killer of his wife and Ron Goldman.
The fact that a believer is happier than a skeptic is no more to the point than the fact that a drunken man is happier than a sober one. The happiness of credulity is a cheap and dangerous quality.---George Bernard Shaw
