Quote: cnichols43Don't get caught counting at the South Point. I was just keeping track of the little cards, raising my bet from $5 to $10 when more little cards were played in a single hand. I was asked to leave. I was even $70 in the hole at that point. Really paranoid folks there.
Hope you are joking, right?
$5 to $10?
Sorry, I don't believe this.
Now I got your GF pic in my face again ;-)

As long as we're reviving things, don't forget that you can get de-carded for taking advantage of double points days and/or winning too much. I would just avoid playing on double points days, period.
Quote: WizardofnothingIf you are going to play on si glee point days then. You can play on multiple - that doesn't make sense
As long as they're serious about it, I just wouldn't do it.
Kinda like playing full pay deuces at Stations, I wouldn't do it with my card inserted. What's the point? Nothing much to gain, but much to risk losing.
When South Point looks at my history, if they ever do, I want them to say, "Hey, this guy never plays on double point days". Might increase my lifespan.

What, have you found something playable there that would justify not playing on 2x days? SP is one of the few casinos that has good promos for locals, but aren't good for APs.

I seriously doubt it, there are no clocks in casinos ;)

Certainly. For quarters anyway.

Never understood why people play with a card in on FPDW at places like Palms, where there are signs saying NO POINTS EARNED AND NO MULTIPLIERS.

Even at a place with points, on a million dollars coin-in you'd expect to earn about $7000 off the game and .0025, or $250, from the points, it's just not worth getting flagged/punished for $250 bucks.
