In the Four Queens review you state:
That's not the Deli. I don't know what they call it but mini food court might be appropriate. Besides the Subway, there is Noble Romans pizza and and ice cream, (Dryers?), stand.
The deli is located on the far western side of the building at the back of the casino floor and up a short flight of stairs it shares with Chicago Brewery. I believe they open about 6 AM with various coffee drinks, pastries, some fruit, and perhaps a breakfast burrito type offering. For lunch, (and probably into the dinner hour as well), they have a variety of sandwiches. I’ve only had the coffee and a Bear Claw or two before, (which were both good, but not exceptional), so I can’t comment on the quality of their sandwich offerings, but it never appeared to me to be a true "deli". As I recall they also have a variety of ice cream dishes.
update 1/23/11
As of my last visit in November 2010 the deli has been closed, with the space taken over by Chicago Pizza. The bar area is smoking, the area where the deli was is non-smoking.

I don't know why they call it that. It is just a collection of three fast food franchises, none of which I would call a "deli." I've eaten at the Subway here a few times when I was downtown betting sports and just wanted a quick bite. The place is clean, and I've never had trouble finding a seat. The Subway itself is the same as every other Subway.

Just got to say that I love the pizza at the Chicago Brewing Company. Definitely a great cheap late night meal!

Chicago Brew Pub has good chili and ghost pepper buffalo wings (one million scoville units of heat). I admit that I can't eat them.

Hugo's Cellar:
Awesome!
A littler higher on the price scale. Ladies get a free rose. Best Martinis in Las Vegas. Chef knows how to do "Black and Blue". Even the Salad is worth the trip. Great restaurant for fish or cow.
Reservations are suggested!

The deep dish pizza is great at this place. I always ask for their beer sampler. They bring all their microbrews out in tiny mugs on this 3 level turntable thing. Definitely one of the best drink deals in town.
